Dexter Issac, a longtime suspect in the 1994 robbery and shooting of Tupac Shakur at Quad Studios in New York, released a statement to allhiphop claiming responsibility for the shooting and says he even has Tupac’s chain to prove it. Isaac claims to have been paid $2500 by Jimmy Henchmen, who is already in deep shit himself

Isaac is serving a life sentence on unrelated charges and felt Henchmen turned his back on him even after keeping his mouth shut all these years. Isaac has promised in his statement he will reveal information about the murder of Biggie Smalls at a later time and promises closure to the mothers of the two hip hop legends.
